Can I import all my contacts/subscribers?
Yes, you can bring as many contacts or subscribers as you want.
How is Seamailer different from other tools?
We understand that other tools limits you at the point of growth. The more you grow the more they ask for more. We want to offer you the ability to grow without limits using our features and tools to reach your wide audience and convert them to paying customers.
What if I need to send more emails than my monthly limit?
If or when you exceed your email sending limit on a Free or Standard plan, we’ll give you the option to upgrade your plan (and we’ll send you a friendly email too). You’ll always be asked to confirm an account upgrade before it happens. Users on the Pro plan can send more emails than their quota per month; however, our fair use policy applies in order to comply with our anti-spam policy.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime inside your billing settings page.
Do you offer migration support?
Yes, on all paid plans. Users with more than $100/mo get a dedicated customer success manager who provides personalized migration support. We will help you with importing contacts and guide you in setting up your first campaign and automations.
Can I cancel my account anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your account anytime you wish from within your account profile settings.
Can I request a refund?
We can give you a refund as long as you’re within the first 30 days of the date you signed up for your account. Our team will cancel your account and send that refund along immediately (but it will take 3-5 days to show up on your credit or debit card account).
